The North Carolina Chapter is proud to be a member of the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences’ Agri-Life Council. The council is made up of representatives from clubs throughout the college and meets every other week. Three brothers attend regular meetings to discuss news, events or issues in the college. Different clubs cook a meal for the council before meetings and we cooked Thursday, April 11th.  The council representatives sent out a sign-up sheet for brothers to bring potluck dishes, drinks and desserts.  Brothers brought in covered dishes such as ham, fried chicken, broccoli casserole, macaroni & cheese, and pasta salad. Ten brothers brought food and helped serve the council. Since it was the council’s last meeting of the semester, they voted on their favorite meal. Alpha Zeta won Best Meal and will be recognized at the end of year banquet next week.  Brothers enjoyed an opportunity to interact with faculty and students from across the college. It is also an opportunity to give back to the council for sponsoring chapter activities.
