Nine members participated in The Ohio State University's annual day of community service called Community Commitment. The nine members along with other students were bussed from the university to a community location. Our group went to Ark House Inc. Ark House is a non profit corporation that provides residential and habilitations home care services for developmentally disabled individuals. While participating at Ark House for 3 hours, we helped with internal house cleaning as well as various landscaping duties including weeding, raking, composting, and mulching. The chapter participated to help serve our community. Fortunately, the planning was all completed by the university. Chapter members just had to sign up the morning of the event.
