On January 30, the Cornell chapter welcomed 14 new members with our pinning and bid acceptance ceremony.  Our new members will now begin our new member education program, where they will learn chapter history, AZ history, traditions, AZ's impact on our campus, as well as bond and have fun while getting to know active members and alumni! The Cornell Chapter has just finished two fun-filled weeks of rush! From January 15th to January 29th we held a series of great events for people to come down and learn all about our chapter. This past weekend, the Florida Chapter experienced Habitat for Humanity for the first time! 4 of our members went out at Saturday morning to help rebuild a house for a family in need. It was a great and extremely rewarding experience. Our members could see that they were having a huge impact on one family. We also learned some carpentry skills on the way, too!

Beginning on November 18, 2013, Alpha Zeta-Cal Epsilon held a 50/50 fundraiser with proceeds going to Fresno State’s food bank, the Bulldog Pantry. On December 12th members of the Cal Epsilon Chapter volunteered at Occu-Med, a global healthcare firm, that provides Christmas presents for families in the community. Members helped organize and wrap presents that would later be given to 100 different families.
