This project called for members of the Fall 2010 Pledge Class to spread the word and invite others to The Gelato Company in downtown Gainesville to eat dinner and dessert. A part of the proceeds from every order during a certain 2-hour time period were donated to the 2010 Pledge Class and were used to offset their AZ national and chapter dues.

Florida Fall '10 pledge Trick or Treat for the Troops Service 10-22-10

This project called for members of the Fall 2010 Pledge Class to collect canned goods and other nonperishable items to send to US troops in Afghanistan. The pledge class chose to participate in order to give back to US soldiers who are risking their lives for our country. The pledge class also benefited from taking part in a campus-wide service opportunity. The pledges decided they should each bring in at least 5 cans/items in order to participate and collected them at one central location to then donate to the campus-wide collection.

Laser Tag is a fun way to engage in healthy and fun competition between our members, alumni, and current pledges. Luckily for the ladies, we got our first game free since they have "ladies night!" Members that attended ranged from "pro's" to beginners, making for very fun and interesting games of laser tag! Planning including contacting the owner of the facility, confirming prices, arranging carpooling, and giving proper to directions to those driving separately. Twelve members, two alumni, the pledge Chancellor, and two friend attended.

Members of the Fall 2010 Pledge Class met at one of the pledge's houses to eat pizza, get to know one another, and paint their paddles! The pledges were required to have their paddles lined and ready to be signed by the third pledge meeting, so they decided to meet up and get them painted prior to lining them. This was a great way for the pledges to get to know one another and also knock out two requirements in one sitting: they got a social point AND got their paddles painted!
