Members Emilie Gurnon '19, Sarah Gurnon '19, and Tyra Jenkins '19 traveled to the home of Justin Dye '19 in on February 11th to help tap maple trees.  Justin lives in South Dayton, New York where his family runs a maple syrup business.  Tyra, Sarah, and Emilie learned lots about maple trees, tapping, and production and got to try some maple products straight from the source!
