Founder's Day is an annual formal event held by our chapter to celebrate alumni, current brothers, and what our fraternity stands for.  The evening starts off around 7pm with a catered dinner and a keynote speaker.  This year High Chancellor Weston McCorkle talked with us about the diversity of agriculture and the importance of promoting it.  After the speaker, our Chronicler shared a slideshow of what our chapter had been involved with in the past year...

Cornell Chapter Recognized by Interfraternity Council

On May 1st, the Cornell Chapter was recognized for outstanding achievement at the Interfraternity Council's Award Ceremony. Marlene van Es received an award for outstanding officer. The whole chapter was awarded for outstanding achievement in our New Member Program, as well as for Faculty Fellowship.

On May 1st, the Cornell Chapter held its last chapter meeting of the semester. This meeting is devoted to the seniors and their time in AZ. There are several awards that are passed down from seniors to other members in the house. Emmaline Long received the "Blue Ribbon Bar” for members who show animals, Anna Smith received the "Redneck Saloon” for members who plan to go into farming after graduating, and Bri Pomeroy was passed the position of Slush chair who plans social events throughout the year.
