Jack Benson Clinch, '31

Jack Benson Clinch was a member of the Morrill Chapter of Alpha Zeta at Penn State University from 1931-1935.  He is pictured above in the front row, third from the left.

Recently, the National Office received a special package from a member's daughter.  Barbara Doughty was the son of Morrill member, Jack Benson Clinch.  The picture above is of the AZ students in front of the Agriculture building at Penn State University, where Jack attended.  He went on to become an Ag teacher in Pennsylvania and Delaware for most of his working life.

Barbara also sent her father's badge, engraved on the back with his initials, Chapter name and dates.

Thank you Barbara for sharing this special token of your father's legacy!

I think this story is very interesting. Hats off to the family for sending this in to national. Could someone check the site and see if they can fix the picture. Maybe it's just my computer though. I would also like to see a picture of the badge that is mentioned in the story. Regards, Shawn Beam Chancellor 2011 Morrill Chapter
