Back at the start of it, right at the heart of it

NALC2007-090.jpg: Doug Stewart and Kinsey Park Alpha Zeta returned to its roots for the National Agricultural Leadership Conference March 27-29 in Columbus, Ohio. AZ was founded November 4, 1897, at Ohio State University.

The NALC included tours of Bob Evan's Test Kitchen, HAPI-O Farms and the Columbus Zoo; personal, professional and chapter development workshops; and a Career/Internship Fair. Read more...

Service Leadership Initiative announced

NSP08-345.jpg: National Service Project-Puerto Rico One of the founding principles of Alpha Zeta is service. Service is recognized in the award of the Founders' Cup and Middaugh Achievement Awards. Now Alpha Zeta will back up its commitment to service with Service Leadership Challenge Awards.

Chapters can apply for up to $1000 in "seed money" for service projects related to agriculture, natural resources, the environment and/or rural development. AZ Blog | Read more...
