Alpha Zeta's continued success depends on attracting the top men and women with values that measure up to Alpha Zeta's mission, vision and goals. It is important for chapters to spend time with potential new members to get acquainted with and evaluate them to ensure that they will be a good match for the Fraternity. In addition, we want all qualified members to join Alpha Zeta and experience a wonderful membership experience, just like we all have.
While many chapters may have a formal recruitment period on their campus, your recruitment effort may require an expansion of this model. Recruiting should be done 365 days a year for potential AZ members who may meet our qualifications for membership. Chapters must constantly seek prospective members, learn more about them, and gauge their interest in our Fraternity.
