Alumni Weekend in Ithaca
Are you an AZ alumnus? Come to Ithaca to visit with the Cornell chapter and other AZ alumni during special family-oriented events throughout the weekend. More details coming soon!
 
Sunday, April 7
3:00 p.m. – Hotel Check-in / NALC Registration
4:00 p.m. -- Alumni Reception at the AZ Cornell Chapter House (transportation provided)
7:00 p.m. -- Dinner, Evening Program and Ice Breakers


Monday, April 8
8:00 a.m. -- Buses load for all-day Ag tours (light breakfast items & boxed lunch provided)

-Animal Science Tour

-Plant Science Tour

-Local Agriculture Tour

-Environmental Science Tour
4:00 p.m. -- Return to Hotel
5:30 p.m. -- Meet in the Hotel lobby and we will walk together to "The Commons" (dinner on your own)
7:00 p.m. -- Evening Activities: A Capella performances at The Commons, weather permitting


Tuesday, April 9
7:30 a.m. – Depart Hotel for Cornell University (light breakfast items provided)

-Campus Tour #1: Cornell Orchards & Cornell Farm Services Compost Facility

-Campus Tour #2: Cornell Dairy Processing Facilities & Cornell School of Veterinary Medicine

-Campus Tour #3: Cornell Lab of Ornithology
10:45 p.m. – Return to Hotel
11:00 a.m. – Lunch with Keynote Speaker: Chris Fesko, Chris Fesko Enterprises, LLC /

On the Farm Discovery Center
1:00 p.m. -- Conclave (one Conclave delegate from each chapter)
1:00 p.m. -- Afternoon workshops – 3 tracks:

1. Harvest New York
